Overview
Our major products are period related so due to hygiene reasons we don’t accept returns. We accept returns or offer exchange only if the item you purchased is defective or damaged.
Please let us know if the product is defective within 30 days of your order being received. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a return or a refund.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Foolproof process
We really care about our customers, their buying experience and try our level best to provide the top quality not only with our products but also with our services. That is why we have placed a foolproof process in place to avoid any inconvenience later on.
1- We have explained all the sizes (even how you can measure) in our guidelines so you can select the best accordingly.
2- After you order, we give a confirmation call in which we confirm the order and ensure that you have ordered the correct size.
3- We inspect the product ordered and carefully pack your order.
4- Before sending the order for the courier, we confirm the delivery address and order detail twice on our side to further reduce human errors.
